[ Act No. 3578, November 27, 1929 ]
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PROVINCIAL BOARD OF LA UNION TO USE THE SUM APPROPRIATED BY ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SIX FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN SAID PROVINCE, FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The Provincial Board of La Union is hereby authorized to use the sum of thirty-nine thousand pesos appropriated by the Philippine Legislature for the construction of an agricultural school in said province, for school purposes which the said provincial board, with the approval of the Director of Education, deems in advisable.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
