SECTION 1. The remission of the obligations of the Provinces of Abra, Bataan, Isabela, Palawan, Romblon, and Surigao to the Philippine Health Service amounting to ten thousand nine hundred thirty-one pesos and twenty-four centavos, three thousand one hundred forty-four pesos and thirty-five centavos, seven thousand nine hundred thirtythree pesos and fifty-eight centavos, four thousand three hundred twenty pesos and three centavos, six thousand eighty-one pesos and twenty-five centavos, and seven thou­ sand seven hundred seventy-three pesos and forty centavos, respectively, is hereby authorized.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
