AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LINABUAN SUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANGA, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, TO DON JOSUE SONGCUYA MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Linabuan Sur Elementary-School located in Barangay Linabuan Sur in the Municipality of Banga, Province of Aldan, is hereby changed to Don Josue Songcuya Memorial Elementary School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
