Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. The Tarlac Provincial High School in the Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Tarlac National High School.

SEC. 2. The Tarlac National High School shall continue to be operated and maintained by the provincial government and from its share in the funds provided as budgetary assistance to local schools until such time as funds for its operation and maintenance as a national high school shall have been included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
