AN ACT CONVERTING THE ALIAGA PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALIAGA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS ALIAGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The Aliaga Provincial High School in the Municipality of Aliaga, Province of Nueva Ecija, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Aliaga National High School.
SEC. 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take steps as are necessary for the conversion, operation and immediate implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The operation of said school for the current focal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
