[ Act No. 2093, January 06, 1912 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING THAT THE PROVINCIAL SECRETARY-TREASURER SHALL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL PUBLIC PROPERTY IN THE PROVINCES OF AGUSAN AND NUEVA VIZCAYA.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. In the provinces of Agusan and Nueva Vizcaya the duties with respect to the purchase and custody of provincial property shall be performed by the provincial secretary-treasurer, who shall procure all stationery and office supplies and shall be accountable for the care, custody, preservation and proper use of all public property pertaining to the province.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
Enacted, January 6, 1912.
