AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL TO DESIGNATE DEPOSITORIES OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT IN THE UNITED STATES AS BRANCHES OF THE PHILIPPINE TREASURY.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:
SECTION 1. The Governor-General may in his discretion designate such depositories of the Philippine Government in the United States as he may deem advisable to be branches of the Philippine Treasury.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
