[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1691, June 20, 1957 ]
AN ACT CHEATING THE BARRIO OF SANTO NIÑO, MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitios of Kao, Magkagong, Margosan, Matilo, Magangit, Cabacungan, Tigbatinao and Camanlangan in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao, are constituted into an independent barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Santo Niño.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
