[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 344, March 14, 1949 ]

AN ACT REPEALING SECTION TEN OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-SIX



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section ten of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-six is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, March 14, 1949.
