[ Act No. 3683, November 03, 1930 ]
AN ACT REMITTING THE BOND OF FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FURNISHED BY SIMEON LOPEZ AND SABAS DE GUZMAN IN THE CASE OF "THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS VERSUS RUFINO DIZON, ALIAS DY QUIAN, ALIAS JUAN DIZON, ET AL."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The bond of five thousand pesos furnished by Simeon Lopez and Sabas de Guzman in favor of the defendant Rufino Dizon, alias Dy Quian, alias Juan Dizon, et al., which has been declared forfeited by the Court of First Instance of Manila, is hereby remitted after the expenses actually incurred by the Government in the execution of the said bail bond have been deducted.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
