TO:	The Secretary of Education and Culture The Commissioner of tne Budget

Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 193 transferring the scholarship program for the cultural minorities from the Commission on National Integration to the Department of Education and Culture, and to ray Memorandum, dated May 2, 1973, on the same subject, I hereby direct the increase in the number of such scholarship to 4,000 scholars, each one to be entitled to a scholarship stipend of not exceeding P1,565.00.

The Secretary of Education and Culture shall promulgate the rules and regulations to implement this Instruction while the Commissioner of the Budget shall release the amount corresponding to this scholarship as increased.

These instructions shall be implemented immediately.
