[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5316, June 15, 1968 ]
AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The provisions of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Misamis Oriental, is further amended to read as follows:
"Oriental Misamis, eight assistant provincial fiscals;"SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
