[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5403, June 15, 1968 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BARRIO NO. 1 CAOAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, TO BARRIO HILARIO VALDEZ.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name Barrio No. 1, Caoayan, Municipality of Batac, Province of IIocos Norte, is hereby changed to Barrio Hilario Valdez.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
