[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3933, June 18, 1964 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SECONDARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA, GUIMARAS, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a secondary vocational school in the Municipality of Buenavista, Guimaras, Province of Iloilo, to be known as Buenavista Vocational School.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
