AN ACT APPROVING THE SALE, TRANSFER, AND ASSIGNMENT BY THE PLYWOOD INDUSTRIES, INC., GRANTEE OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT, ENTITLED "AN ACT GRANTING THE PLYWOOD INDUSTRIES, INC., A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE POINT-TO-POINT RADIO STATIONS IN THE PHILIPPINES," TO THE MINDANAO PLYWOOD CORPORATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred and twenty-eight, the sale, transfer and assignment by the Plywood Industries, Inc., original grantee of the franchise granted under the said Act, entitled "An Act granting the Plywood Industries, Inc., a franchise to construct, maintain and operate point-to-point radio stations in the Philippines," to the Mindanao Plywood Corporation, is hereby approved.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
