Be it enacted by the Senate and House of  Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Vicente Gustilo Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby declared a national hospital.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
