AN ACT AMENDING ITEM (13) ON PAGE 151, SUB-PARAGRAPH 38 FOR THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, UNDER PARAGRAPH C, TITLE A OF SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (13) on page 151, subparagraph 38 for the Province of Negros Oriental, under paragraph c, Title A of Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is amended to read as follows:
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
SECTION 1. Item (13) on page 151, subparagraph 38 for the Province of Negros Oriental, under paragraph c, Title A of Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is amended to read as follows:
"(13) Pacuan Elementary School Building,
La Libertad ............P10, 000.00."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
