AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM (o), SUBPARAGRAPH 5, FOR THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, PAGE 234, PARAGRAPH a, TITLE B, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION I. Item (o), subparagraph 5, for the Province of Antique, page 234, paragraph a, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
SECTION I. Item (o), subparagraph 5, for the Province of Antique, page 234, paragraph a, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(o) For the asphalting of Felicidad and
Rizal streets, Dao -------------------- P10,000.00."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
