[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3155, June 17, 1961 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DR. GREGORIO B. TAN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAOANG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DR. GREGORIO B. TAN GENERAL HOSPITAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Dr. Gregorio B. Tan Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Laoang, Province of Samar, is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Dr. Gregorio B. Tan General Hospital.
SEC. 2. The operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
