AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND NINE BY CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SCHOOL, "SOUTHERN SAMAR NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES" IN GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR TO " FELIPE ABRIGO NATIONAL MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES."
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty four hundred and nine is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a trade school in the Municipality of Guiuan, Province of Samar, to be known as the Felipe Abrigo National Memorial School of Arts and Trades."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
