AN ACT TO DECLARE THE LAST SUNDAY OF MAY OF EACH YEAR AN OFFICIAL HOLIDAY UNDER THE NAME OF "PHILIPPINE FLAG DAY."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The last Sunday of May of each year is hereby declared an official holiday under the name of "Philippine Flag Day".
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
