AN ACT TO PROVIDE A MINIMUM SALARY OF THIRTY PESOS A MONTH FOR TEMPORARY SANITARY INSPECTORS EMPLOYED IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE OF THE MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The minimum salary of a temporary municipal sanitary inspector shall be thirty pesos per month; Provided, That, for lack of funds, such salary may be lower than thirty pesos.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
