AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF LANAO DEL NORTE FROM ILIGAN CITY TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBOD, SAME PROVINCE.
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The seat of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte is hereby transferred from Iligan City to the Municipality of Tubod same province. The expenses incidental to said transfer shall be borne by the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
