AN ACT TO AMEND PARAGRAPH (E) OF SECTION TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (e) of section twenty-five hundred sixty of the Administrative Code, is amended so as to read as follows:

SECTION 1. Paragraph (e) of section twenty-five hundred sixty of the Administrative Code, is amended so as to read as follows:
"(e) He shall have charge of the prosecution of all crimes, misdemeanors, and violations of city ordinances in the Court of First Instance and in the municipal court of the city."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
