Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The following places in the Municipality of Samal, Province of Davao, are constituted as barrios of said municipality, to wit:

1. Anunang as Barrio Anunang;
2. Aumbay as Barrio Aumbay;
3. Aundanao as Barrio Aundanao;
4. Dadatan as Barrio Dadatan;
5. Del Monte as Barrio Del Monte;
6. Guilon as Barrio Guilon;
7. Kana-an as Barrio Kana-an;
8. Katagman as Barrio Katagman;
9. Kawag as Barrio Kawag;
10. Libertad as Barrio Libertad;
11. Licup as Barrio Licup;
12. Limao as Barrio Limao;
13. Linusutan as Barrio Linusutan;
14. Mambago A as Barrio Mambago A;
15. New San Remegio as Barrio New San Remegio;
16. Pangubatan as Barrio Pangubatan;
17. San Isidro as Barrio San Isidro;
18. San Miguel as Barrio San Miguel;
19. Sion as Barrio Sion;
20. Sta. Cruz as Barrio Sta. Cruz;
21. Tagbaobo as Barrio Tagbaobo; 
22. Tagbay as Barrio Tagbay;
23. Tagbitanag as Barrio Tagbitanag; and
24. x.  Tagdaliao as Barrio Tagdaliao.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
