AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN OF THE NATIONAL INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section numbered one hundred seventy-seven of the National Internal Revenue Code is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
