Be it enacted by the Senate and Home of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item B-343.12, for Mountain Province, page one hundred sixty-A, title B, appendix A of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"B-343.12:  Balaoa-Cagubatan via Mayag Road Construction .................. GR : 5 : 5 : 5 : : : : : : : 1 :"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
