[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1744, June 21, 1957 ]
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF TALISAY, MUNICIPALITY OF GIÑGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitio of Binuangan, Municipality of Giñgoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, is converted into barrio itself, to be hereafter known as the barrio of Talisay.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
