[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5590, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF FUENTES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitios of Arog, Til-asan, Pintatagan and Lease in the barrio of Tambongon, Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao del Norte, are separated from said barrio, and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Fuentes.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
