[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4218, June 19, 1965 ]
AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN POLICARPO, PROVINCE OF SAMAR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitios of Sta. Cruz, Tan-awan, Bangon, Guin-osokan, Barras, Lipata and Libas in the Municipality of San Policarpo, Province of Samar, are converted into barrios of said municipality, to be known as the Barrios of Sta. Cruz, Tanawan, Bangon, Guin-osokan, Barras, Lipata and Libas, respectively.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
