Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. May 8 of every year is hereby declared as Hermosa Day and a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the Municipality of Hermosa, Province of Bataan.

SEC. 2. For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazetter or in a newspaper of general circulation.
