Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated APRIL 17, 2007

A.M. No. 07-4-12-SC- Re: Payment of GSIS Fire Insurance Premiums for the Halls of Justice Nationwide

Acting on the Memorandum of the Oversight Committee on Halls of Justice, the Court Resolved to

(a) GRANT the request for the allocation of funds in the amount of P7,169,880.00 for payment of the subject fire insurance premiums, considering that the Court has the obligation to maintain insurance for the Halls of Justice; and

(b) DIRECT the Fiscal Management and Budget Office to allocate the amount of P7,169,880.00 for payment of the subject fire insurance premiums.
