JOHNSON, J.:

ACTION BY ASSIGNEE TO RECOVER AMOUNT DUE TO PARTNER ON DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. From the Court of First Instance of Manila. This is another attempt on the part of this plaintiff to recover a portion of the amount sued for by him in case reported in 2 Phil. Rep., at page 210, which is followed. Judgment reversed.
