UNITED STATES, PLAINTIFF AND APPELLEE, VS. EDUARDO SUNGA AND MARTINA RIVERA, DEFENDANTS AND APPELLANTS.

D E C I S I O N

JOHNSON, J.:

MURDER. From the Court of First Instance of Pampanga. The only question presented in this case was the sufficiency of the proof to justify the judgment. Judgment affirmed and penalty of life imprisonment approved.
