GAMBLING; "MONTE." From the Court of First Instance of Albay. Trent, J.
Defendant was convicted of playing monte, in violation of Act. No. 1757, and sentenced to pay a fine of P500, or in case of insolvency, to suffer subsidiary imprisonment. Evidence held sufficient and judgment affirmed.
