Defendants were charged with brigandage but evidence established the crime of robbery en cuadrilla, for which they were convicted and sentenced to ten years of presidio mayor, with the accessories of article 57, Penal Code, and to make restitution or to indemnify jointly and severally. Judgment affirmed.
