JOHNSON, J.:

ATTEMPTED RAPE; SUFFIENCY OF PROOF. From the Court of First Instance of Cagayan. Cui, J.

Defendant was convicted of attempted rape and sentenced to two years four months and one day of prision correccional. No question was raised on appeal except as to sufficient, judgment affirmed.
