"ESTAFA." From the Court of First Instance of Occidental Negros. McCabe, J.
Defendants were convicted of estafa and sentenced to six months of arresto mayor and to the payment of P300. They had received from another person money and personal property, valued at P115, and a banca, worth P300, in order to go to Iloilo to sell the property and to make certain purchases. They disposed of the property and converted the proceeds to their own use. Judgment affirmed.
