FRUSTRATED HOMICIDE; PENALTY. From the Court of First Instance of Occidental Negros. McCabe, J.
Defendant was convicted of frustrated homicide and sentenced to two years four months and one day of prision correccional. Owing to the aggravating circumstances of carrying concealed weapons, judgment modified and penalty increased to four years two months and one day of prision correccional.
