JUAN MIGUEL, PLAINTIFF AND APPELLEE, VS. BERNARDINO SAN ROQUE DEFENDANT AND APPELLANT.

D E C I S I O N

MORELAND, J.:

DEBTS AND DEBTORS. From the Court of First Instance of Ambos Camarines.  Trent, J.

Action to recover P2,000, which defendant, according to a document signed by him, had received from plaintiff as a deposit.  Defendant alleged that he signed the document under duress, but was not indebted to the plaintiff.  Only questions of fact involved.  Judgment for plaintiff affirmed.
