RAPE. From the Court of First instance of Albay. Trent, J.
Defendant was convicted of rape, under article 438, Penal Code, and sentenced to eighteen years of reclusion temporal, to pay an indemnity of P200, and to support the offspring, with the accessories of article 58, considering the aggravating circumstance of uninhabited place. No prejudicial error. Judgment affirmed.
