MORELAND, J.:
ROBBERY "EN CUADRILLA." From the Court of First Instance of Tarlac. Llorente, J.
Defendants, with violence and intimidation, took five carabaos from the possession of the owners and were sentenced to eight years of presidio mayor, with the accessory penalties of article 57, Penal Code, to return the stolen carabaos, and to pay an indemnity of P500. No aggravating circumstances, en cuadrilla being simply a distinctive characteristic which qualifies the offense under article 504. Judgment affirmed.
