THE UNITED STATES, PLAINTIFF AND APPELLEE, VS. LIM NA, DEFENDANT AND APPELLANT.

D E C I S I O N

TORRES, J.:

VIOLATION OF THE OPIUM LAW. From the Court of First Instance of Orintal Negros.  Wislizenus, J.

Defendant was convicted, under sections 5 and 15 of The Opium Law, for the unlawful sale of opium, and was sentenced to one month's imprisonment and to pay a fine of P400. No subsidiary imprisonment imposed because Act. No. 1732, which authorizes it, was enacted subsequently.  Judgment affirmed.
