CONSPIRACY TO DESTROY THE GOVERNMENT. From the Court of First Instance of Pangasinan. Jenkins, J.
Defendants were convicted under Act No. 292 of the crime of conspiracy to destroy the Government, and sentenced to various terms of imprisonment. Evidence found sufficient to sustain the convictions and judgment affirmed.
