ROBBERY. From the Court of First Instance if Cagayan. Cui, J.
Defendant was convicted of robbery and sentenced to four years two months and one day of presidio correccional, with subsidiary imprisonment in the event of insolvency. Conclusions of the trial court held to be justified. Judgment affirmed.
