ACTION TO RECOVER REALTY; OWNERSHIP. From the Court of First Instance of Batangas. Powell, J.
Action by the plaintiffs, children of Eugenio Tolentino and Maria A. IIustre, to recover land alleged to have belonged to their father. The evidence shows that it was purchased by defendant Ramirez at a judicial sale which arose out an action by Ramirez against Tolentino. Judgment in favor of the defendants affirmed.
