ROBBERY WITH HOMICIDE; APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 11, PENAL CODE. From the Court of First Instance of Iloilo.

Defendants were convicted of robbery with homicide and sentenced to life imprisonment. The application of the mitigating circumstance of race, considering the ignorance of the defendants, was correct. (U. S. vs. Santa Maria, 4 Phil. Rep., 635; U.S. vs. Sison, 6 Phil. Rep., 31.) Judgment affirmed.
