ROBBERY; PENALTY. From the Court of First Instance of Pangasinan. Jenkins, J.
Defendants were convicted of the robbery of four carabaos and sentenced to four years of prision correccional, and to restore the property stolen or to pay a joint and several indemnity, with subsidiary imprisonment. The record establishes the robbery, and the guilt of the defendants is sustained by their confession when arrested. Judgment affirmed.
