This an original action brought in this Court by virtue of the provisions of Act No. 1376. It is in all respects similar to the case of the Roman Catholic Church et al vs. the Municipalities of the province of Tarlac, No. 3212, decided December 28, 1907.

It is by the Court adjudged and decreed that this action be dismissed, without costs, as to all the defendants except Gregorio Aglipay and the municipalities of Romblon, Odiongan and Looc.

It is further adjudged and decreed that all of the property described in the complaint be eliminated therefrom except that which is hereinafter described, and as to the property thus eliminated, this court makes no determination in regard to the rights of the parties to this action in relation thereto.

It is further adjudged and decreed that the plaintiff, the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church, is entitled to the possession of the following described property situated in the municipality of Romblon, in the province of Romblon; to-wit:

Un cementeric conocido como el cementerio de Romblon, una iglesia y la casa parroquial adyadente a la misma conocidos como la iglesia y la casa parroquial del antiquo pueblo de Banton, y el solar que ocupan los dos edificies; un cementeric conocido como el cementeric de Banton, un a iglesia y la casa parroquial contigua a la misma, conocidos como la iglesia y casa parroquial del antiguo peublo de Corcuera, y los solares que ocupan las dos edificios.

It is further adjudged, ordered and decreed that the said property last hereinbefore described be returned to the plaintiffs, and that the defendants Gregorio Aglipay, and the municipality of Romblon, be ousted from the possession thereof, and that such possession be awarded to the plaintiffs, and that a writ of possession issue out of this court against the defendants, Gregorio Aglipay and the municipality of Romblon, in the manner and form prescribed by Act No. 190.

It is further adjudged and decreed that the plaintiff, the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church, is entitled to the possession of the following described property situated in the municipality of Odiongan, in the province of Romblon, to-wit:

Un solar que ocupa el convento conocido como el convento de Odiongan; un cementerio concocido como el cementerio de Odiongan.

It is further adjudged, ordered and decreed that the said property last hereinbefore described be rturned to the plaintiffs, and that the defendants Gregorio Aglipay, and the municipality of Odiongan, be ousted form the possession thereof, and that such possession be awarded to the plaintiffs, and that a writ of possession issue out of this court against the defendants, Gregorio Aglipay and the municipality of Odiongan, in the manner and form prescribed by Act 190.

It is further adjudged and decreed that the plaintiff, the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church, is entitled to the possession of the following described property situated in the municipality of Looc, in the province of Romblon, to-wit:

Una iglesia y un convento conocidos como la iglesia y el convento de Looc, y el solar que ocupan los dos edificios; un cementerio conocido como el cementerio de Looc; una capilia conocido como la capilla del barrio de Alcantara y la solar que ocupa; un cementerio conocido como el cementerio de Alcantara; una capilla conocida como la capilla del barrio de Santa Fe; un cementerio conocido como el cementerio de Santa Fe; una capilla conocido como la capilla del barrio de Guimbirayan y la solar que ocupa; un cementerio conocido como el cementerio de Guimbirayan.

It is further adjudged, ordered and decreed that the said property last hereinbefore described be returned to the plaintiffs, and that the defendants Gregorio Aglipay, and the municipality of Looc, be ousted form the possession thereof, and that such possession be awarded to the plaintiffs, and that a writ of possession issue out of this court against the defendants, Gregorio Aglipay and the munipality of Looc, in the manner and form prescribed by Act No. 190.

No costs will be allowed to any of the parties in this court.

It is so ordered.
