IMMIGRATION OF CHINESE; HABEAS CORPUS. From the Court of First Instance of Manila. This ease is analogous to Ngo-Ti vs. Sinister (7 Phil. Kep., 360), and Ko Poco vs. McCoy (10 Phil. Rep., 442), which are followed. Judgment reversed, and
appellee remanded to custody of appellant.

This case is governed by the decisions in the cases of Ngo Ti vs. Shuster, 7 Phil. Reps. 355, and Ko Poco vs. McCoy, decided March 20, 1908.
The judgment of the court below is reversed and it is ordered that Irineo Lusuriaga be remanded to the custody of the Insular Collector. No costs will be allowed in either court.
